Airways

Etihad Airways
Etihad Airways has in just under seven years established itself as the world’s leading airline.
Set up by Royal (Amiri) Decree in July 2003, we commenced commercial operations in November
2003 and have gone on to become the fastest growing airline in the history of commercial aviation.

We are governed by a Board of Directors under the chairmanship of HH Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed
Al Nahyan and are led by James Hogan, who was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2006.

Our main business is the international air transportation of passengers. We also operate Etihad Holidays,
Etihad Crystal Cargo and a global contact centre organisation as part of our commercial group.

Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, is the airline’s hub. The airline seeks to reflect the best
of Arabian hospitality - cultured, considerate, warm and generous - as well as enhance the prestige
of Abu Dhabi as a centre of hospitality between East and West.

Fleet and network
As of October 2010, our fleet of 56 aircraft operated close to 1,000 flights per week, serving an
international network of 66 destinations in 43 countries

Emirates Airline
On 25th October 1985, Emirates flew its first routes out of Dubai with just two aircraft—a leased Boeing 737 and
Airbus 300 B4. Then as now, our goal was quality, not quantity, and in the years since taking those first small
steps onto the regional travel scene, Emirates has evolved into a globally influential travel and tourism
conglomerate known the world over for our commitment to the highest standards of quality in every aspect of our
business.

Though wholly owned by the Government of Dubai, Emirates has grown in scale and stature not through
protectionism but through competition—competition with the ever-growing number of international carriers
that take advantage of Dubai’s open-skies policy. Not only do we support that policy, but we see it as vital
to maintaining our identity and our competitiveness. After making its initial start-up investment, the Government
of Dubai saw fit to treat Emirates as a wholly independent business entity, and today we are thriving because of it.
The airline has recorded an annual profit in every year since its third in operation.

Continuing our explosive growth while continually striving to provide the best service in the industry is the secret
of Emirates’ success. The airline's business includes

British Airways

London 2012 Official Airline Partner
British Airways is proud to be the official airline partner of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
The story started for us in 2008 when we flew Team GB and ParalympicsGB to the Beijing 2008 Games.
This was followed by our heroic winter Olympians travelling with us to the Vancouver 2010 Games.

We are continuing our support for British talent in a number of ways in the run up to the London 2012 Games,
including flying our elite athletes to training sessions and competitions around the World.

Angelina Jolie

Jolie had a serious boyfriend for two years from the age of 14.
They lived together in her mother's home, of which she has said,
"He was my first boyfriend at a time when I wanted to be promiscuous
and was starting to be sexual. We were in my bedroom, in my environment,
where I was most comfortable and I wasn't in danger. She later compared
the relationship to a marriage in its emotional intensity, and said that the
breakup compelled her to dedicate herself to her acting career at the age of 16.

During filming of Hackers (1995), Jolie had a romance with British actor
Jonny Lee Miller, her first lover since the relationship in her early teens.
They were not in touch for many months after production ended,
but eventually reconnected and married soon after on March 28, 1996.
She attended her wedding in black rubber pants and a white T-shirt,
upon which she had written the groom's name in her blood.
Jolie and Miller separated in September 1997 and divorced on
February 3, 1999, but remained on good terms. Jolie later explained,
"It comes down to timing. I think he's the greatest husband a girl could ask for.
I'll always love him, we were simply too young.

NISSAN CARS

The Nissan 350Z is a two seat sports car manufactured by Nissan Motor Co, LTD.
The 350Z is the fifth (and current) generation of Nissan's Z-car line, originally introduced in 1969
(as a 1970 model year) as the Datsun 240Z. The 350Z entered production in late 2002 and
was sold and marketed as a 2003 model. It is currently available in several trim packages and
is sold as both a coupé and roadster.

The 350Z is a front engine rear-wheel-drive two door sports car designed by Ajay Panchal of Nissan Design America.

The vehicle features the long-hood short-deck design common to the Z-Car family. Currently,
external design highlights include: sloping fastback style roof line, unique brushed aluminum door handles,
high waistline, and bulging fenders that are pushed out to the corners of the vehicle.

Interior cabin design is straight forward with brushed aluminum accents.
The main gauge pod is mounted directly to the steering column allowing their movement to coincide
with steering wheel adjustments. Additional gauges are mounted in a centre triple gauge cluster.
The 350Z’s interior does not have a conventional glove box, instead it makes use of various storage
compartments located either behind or between the two seats.

The car is used in import events and drifting, where in the latter, some drivers have started to use them in the D1
Grand Prix and Formula D series. At the 2006 D1GP exhibition event at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway,
Tanner Foust became the first driver to score a perfect 100 points in a 350Z. In the non-Japanese domestic D1GP
spinoff series, D1 Great Britain (D1GB), there are two Z33s that compete in the series. Of the 2007 season,
both SVA Imports and Sumo Power 350Z currently competes in the EDC (European Drift Championship),
which is run by a different organization to D1, and in Formula D, Foust took runner up spot at
round 1 and at round 2, Chris Forsberg would score its maiden victory in his Roadster equipped with a
VK56DE from a Nissan Titan. His win for the 350Z was followed up by Youichi Imamura's win during the
Las Vegas round of the US D1GP series in his RB26DETT engined car. Foust would eventually take the
Formula D title.

The SVA Imports Z33 is significant for being the other drifting car other than the Team Orange Impreza to
feature a rear radiators with air ventilation on both sides rather than just on one on the Impreza.
